The Operating System
Every volume is full of expansive chapters that include videos, fieldwork, questions that inspire thought and reflection, game plans, and accountability.
The OS includes the Assistant, a stack of tech tools to make life easier — LOI builders, templates, proformas, deal calculators, and much more.
A higher standard to operate by.
The underlying value of the Flint Operating System is to help you bypass 10 years of just “figuring it out.” It’s a deliberate set of playbooks. It dives deep into finding your superpower, building your brand and your team, how to find clients, how to be the best representative and advisor, and how to do it all the right way. Integrity pays dividends. Build the confidence to do business the right way, and learn from Ryan’s 20-year journey to becoming the best commercial real estate advisor possible.
The Collective
The Network
Join a community of top advisors and professionals from across the nation. Brokers, lenders, investors, owners, attorneys, GCs, tax, wealth management, construction… all in one room.
The Access
Bring deals, client situations and business challenges into the room. Questions answered by people who have actually done it.
The Money
Deal-focused members eager to do business, refer clients, and build wealth. Everyone held to the highest standard of integrity and honesty. One-strike policy.
Chairman’s Club
Get access to the members of the Chairman’s Club, an invite-only group of Flint’s most trusted partners. Pick their brains, learn from them in the monthly workshops, do deals with them.
A higher standard for your network.
The underlying value of The Collective is being around people who care about how they do business, how they represent clients, and who they become while doing it.
Learn the system. Build the relationships. Raise your standard.
Access Pricing
Is this a course I’ll finish and forget about?
Flint OS isn’t meant to be finished. The systems, training, and resources inside the OS are always getting better, and more expansive. New videos, new chapters, etc. You’ll get notified every time a new one is uploaded. The OS reads like a book, not a course. It’s a behind-the-scenes look into Ryan’s journey. Learn from his successes and his missteps. Become the best advisor and expert you can possibly be inside your industry, and then take that into the Collective and everyone’s ships rise together.
Is the $2,500 a subscription?
No. It’s a one-time payment. Your Operating System access never expires and is never billed again.
What happens after this first year?
The $2,500 is for the OS (forever) and the first year in the Collective. Starting in month 13, you’re billed $297/mo for a continued seat in the Collective. Just month to month, cancel anytime.
What am I actually getting today?
Full access to all twelve volumes, every chapter, every chapter’s workbook, the Assistant, and a live seat in the Collective — starting the moment you pay, not after onboarding.

Ryan Flint
Almost 20 years as a commercial real estate broker and top producer, founder of Flint Companies, and “The Client Champion.” His connections and relationships are his superpower. The OS is the system he built over decades of representation and advisory work — the very methodology that shaped one of Utah’s legacy brokers. All the lessons, trial and error, lightbulb moments, and insights that built his career, now put on paper for the first time. The Collective is Ryan’s strongest relationships and referral partners, all in one place.
$2,500 once. The Operating System for life, and your first year inside the Collective.
